"Scooter" (also known as "mini-motorcycles, "go-peds", etc ) One of the most annoying and dangerous contraptions that anti-social families and individuals seem to be able to afford to buy, even when such groups of people have little or no obvious income. Petrol powered and designed to cause maximum annoyance and noise pollution, the scooter rider delights in riding up and down residential pavements with no awareness of their own or others safety. Police attendance to such incidents is often non-existant and slow to respond. These vehicles are often used in a highly anti-social manner.

Such scooters should only be used legally on private land with permission of whoever owns the land, but most riders feel they have a right to ride wherever they please and inflict persistently infuriating levels of 'tinny' and 'buzzing' noise to others in the locality.

"Stalking" When harassment also includes the perpetrator (e.g. the source of the harassment and could be your neighbour) watching you, constantly following you, making constant contact with you despite your requests not to, or you are receiving unwanted gifts/presents; the term of 'stalking' may be applicable and more appropriate in your case.
