Joy Riders
A strange term really. After all, there's not much 'joy' in joy riding is
there? Especially if your pride and joy, your new and top-of-the-range car
is pinched and has one or two joy-riders take it out for a spin, write it
off and possibly hurting other road users or pedestrians into the bargain.
Worse still, killing other innocent members of the public.
A complete, dangerous menace to most, whether you live in a built up area
and estate or a countryside retreat.
