"Junk-Heap" The practice
of building your garden, driveway or property into an anti-social junk heap.
Often attracting vermin of significantly different shapes and sizes (e.g.
rats, mice) and providing an attractive and varied collection of items to
entertain the passer-by.
The practice of 'lobbing' items into the nearby street, road or community
is often initiated by the anti-social resident when located in a property
where there is no longer enough room for the junk-heap area to accommodate
more rubbish, abandoned vehicles or litter.
